DREAMKINGFILMZ TOP 15 POWER POLLS WEEK 2

JACKSONVILLE FL-

The Columbia Tigers are the new #1 team heading into week two. The Tigers made the most significant jump in the polls going from #3 to #1 with an impressive 38-7 trouncing over previously #1 ranked Trinity Conquerors who fell to #4. Tigers' Jordan Smith had an excellent game leading his unit to victory as he went 14/21/319 2 TDs, and 8 RUSH 96yds 1 TD. Trinity will hit the road and head west again to face the Godby Cougars. The Tigers will travel to Clay county Friday to take on the Oakleaf Knights who defeated the Orange Park Raiders 42-21. QB Tre Simmons was equally impressive passing for 300yds 3tds, and rushing for 1 TD. The show down between 2 of the top 5 Jacksonville area QBs will surely be the best match up in the 904.

The Mandarin Mustangs took care of business in the Bold City showcase vs Atlantic Coast 28-12, and will remain as the #2 team. Wr Jaylin Smith had some huge plays as he logged 122yds and 2 TDs on just 3 receptions, Tristen Riley also hauled in 5 of Beck's passes for 85yds. Martranius Mack logged 66yds and 1 TD for the Mustangs and will look to have a huge contest against his former team as Mandarin will travel to take on the Ribault Trojans who fell in the biggest upset in the 904 of week one to the Creekside Knights 27-20. Trojans' ATh Josh Jones registered 204 all purpose yards and Creekside's offense only registered 264 total yards but QB Quinn Seiger's 3 TDs was enough to lift the Knights past the Trojans. The Knights will travel to face county rival Nease and should have a great chance to start the season 2-0.

The Raines Vikings fell from #4 to #7 after surrendering 200yds and 3 TDs to Avarius Sparrow and the Orlando Jones Tigers in a 40-15 loss. The Vikings will be looking to get things turned around as they travel down south to face the Pahokee Blue Devils.

The Bartram Trail Bears led by their duo of speedsters Rocket Jones, and Eric Weatherly also shocked the city by clawing up the Lee Generals 48-20. The duo combined for 5 TDs to help the Bears jump from #8 to #5. Bartram will travel to north Friday to Georgia to take on the Brunswick Pirates, and Lee will travel to take on an emerging West Nassau Warriors team who took NFEI 47-0.

The matchup out at the beach between the Sandalwood Saints and the Fletcher Senators will be very interesting, as both teams are coming off wins, and haven't officially played since 2015. ON the legs of Myles Montgomery, Fletcher ran over Bishop Kenny 34-14. Montgomery continues to show why he's one of the best in the area by rushing for 227yds and 2 TDs and on 20 carries. An emerging star in Saints' RB Jeremiah Huntley also had an excellent outing last Friday as he marched over Terry Parker for 181yds and 2 TDs on 25 carries to help Sandalwood edge out the Braves 20-14.

Both teams have really good QBs who are committed to play at the next level in Saints Jeff Sims who's committed to FSU, and Senators' Devon Lingle who committed to Dartmouth last Friday afternoon before scoring a pair of TDs against the Crusaders. Although Lingle has plenty weapons, and will be protected by Vanderbilt commit OL Bradley Ashmore, he will have to play lights out, and mistake free as the Saints have yet another vaunted defense with division one prospects on every level starting with another FSU commit DB Derek Bermudez, DB Alabama commit Jah Robinson, and the nations #1 2021 MLB, Branden Jennings.

Sims will also have his work cut out as the Senators' secondary is very opportunistic, DB Jeffery Davis collected two of their three INTs vs the Crusaders.

The Ed White Commanders and their 1st year head coach Lawrence Johnson got their 1st win of the season over the First Coast Bucs 14-6. The Commanders will host the (0-1) Ridgeview Panthers who will will led by 1 of the area's most electrifying players in WR Denali Lindo who scored a pair of TDs in a 34-25 loss to Baldwin. Jevon Rivers had 2 INTs vs First Coast, if he can have another great outing the Commanders should get this win.

The Fleming Island Golden Eagles are currently flying under the radar and will continue to soar as the season continues. QB Dean Hyams went 7/12/ 156 and 1 TD, and Timmy Thomas logged 15 carries 95yds and 2 TDs. Freshman Sam Singleton scored a rushing TD to help Fleming get the 34-0 win over Clay Blue Devils. The Eagles will travel to central Florida, to take on the (1-0) Lake Minneola Green Hornets.

St. Augustine stung the Yulee Hornets 31-7. RB Justus Johnson had 12 carries for 76yds and 2 TDs, while ATH Jayden McDowell logged 1 TD and 114yds of QB Sammy Edwards' 193 passing yards. The Yellow jackets will have their hands full with the Menendez Falcons as King Benford had a monster game with 4 TDs, 213 rushing yards to help the Falcons defeat Palatka 49-35.

The sleeper team headed into week two will be the Baldwin Indians. Not many in the city are high on the Indians but they are very talented, and made huge plays on both sides all night in their win over Ridgeview. Qb Bryce Tompkins lit up the Panthers' secondary with 4 TD strikes, 2 of which went to highly touted Wr Xavier McGriff. Amos Porter also registered 15 carries for 73yds and 1 TD. On defense Aaren Sims had an interception and Tyson McClendon was virtually unblockable as he registered 4 sacks to lead all public schools in the area. The Indians will travel to face the

(1-0) Bradford Tornados who upset Baker co. 27-24
