Lee Generals blow out win over Raines Vikings 74-47

NorthSide Duval-

The Lee Generals traveled to the North Side in Wednesday night hoops action and defeated the Raines Vikings in a blow out 74-47. In their first action in the absence of their former big man, LSU Tigers early enrollee Forward Alex Fudge, the Generals look really good as they had full control of the contest the entire game and led it wire to wire.

Generals' Foward Jarrion Smith had an excellent game and led all scorers with 19pts. Smith had a huge third quarter dunk that sparked the Lee fans as they cheered to a 41-20 lead.

Forward Tahj McClain played great for the Generals as well and finished the contest with 11pts.

The Generals' first half defense was suffocating as they held the Vikings to just 14 in the first two frames. The Generals led 36-14 at the half.

The Vikings' offense picked it up in the second half but was unable to keep pace with Lee's play making guard Teron Haywood as he kept putting the Generals' sharp shooters and big men in perfect scoring positions. Haywood finish with 6 points.

After being held scoreless in the first half Guard Reshawn Latimer played great in the second half and finished as the Vikings leading scorer with 11pts.
