TOP 15 POWER POLLS W4

Updated: Sep 19, 2018

TRINITY CONQUERORS

Jacksonville, Florida-

The Trinity Conquerors sit atop the DreamKingFilmz Top15 week 3 power polls as they cruise past district 5A opponent Parker Braves. For the 2nd week in a row standout RB Marcus Crowley has been virtually put on ice by his coaching staff although he managed 84yds and 1 touchdowns on just 5 carries and he also added 87 receiving yards and 2 TDs in his reduced role. What may seem like a huge night for most, was light work for the Hurricanes commit . 2021 QB Jacory Jordan was impressive as well passing for 196 yards and 4td including two big ones, a 53 yarder to Dreshawn Dawkins and a 67 yarder to Cowley. Jordan also hooked up with Crowley on a 20yd td pass and Isaiah Washington on a 6yd td toss. The Conquerors defense was just as impressive scoring a TD on a recovered fumble in the endzone by George Hawkins, and a safety. DB Fred Davis came away with a interception as well. TC's 44 1st half point allowed their starters to rest and some young guys to get some more reps in the 2nd half like the young phenom Treyaun Webb getting 4 carries for 24yds.

This week will bring tons of change in the polls as #1 Trinity travels to face cross town rival # 13 Bolles Bulldogs and #2 Columbia will host #3 Lee who comes off a huge 38-13 win over Mandarin. With a win over Columbia, the Generals could find themselves as the #1 team as their resume would be very impressive. Columbia was ranked preseason #1. The #5 Fletcher Senators will host #6 Raines who looks to have things rolling coming off a 48-6 romp over Ed White. For Fletcher, Raines will be their toughest competition as they've been taking down inferior opponents in BK, Parker and Englewood. Fletcher was able to edge Raines 10-7 in the spring, albeit only 2 quarters of play, so this matchup will be DreamkingFilmz game of the week. The #7 Menendez Falcons have moved up to #7 in the polls after a 62-28 win over previously ranked St.Aug and a 40-15 win over Yulee. The Falcons will travel to face the 5A state runner up Baker Co, who eliminated the Falcons from playoff contention in round 2 last season. If Baker cant secure a victory over Menendez they will be in danger of dropping completely of the polls as they were moved down after a lackluster 8-6 win over the young 0-3 Ribault Trojans and 13-6 over 1-2 EdWhite.

Ridgeview, Baldwin, Pontevedra, and West Nassau are quietly sitting undefeated and have things moving in the right direction. All 3 teams are projected to come away with wins this week. Bartram and Oakleaf will be an interesting matchup as the Bears are coming off a huge 34-13 win over Clay while Oakleaf will try and get back in the polls coming off a bye and a 32-26 loss to Belle Glades. QBs Chad Dodson and TRE Simmons will light it up and make it exciting as this game will have a ton athletes like the Bears Gunner Hitzeman, Griffin Helm, Devin Ellison Aaron Jones, the 2022 standout Eric Weatherly, Tre Johnson and Calvin Sinclair. The Knights have VaTech Commit Keshawn King, Sean Washington, Terrence Anthony, Ade Gray, Jalen Rivers, Dexter Moore and Chantz Williams that's a lot of Saturday players in this 1 game.
